PEOPLE'S PALACE (PENTHOUSE CITY HALL)

This building is a project of the people of the City of Gingoog out of the Php900,000.00 grant from Pres. Ferdinand Marcos through the help of Hon. Emmanuel Pelaez and Concordio C. Diel assemblyman of Region X. It was completed on July 23, 1980 during the incumbency of the following official:
